Your clients pay you to look after their website. Look after their Google listing too.
For a local business, the Google listing is often seen more than the website. Add profile management to your care plans and give clients a reason to stay on the plan.
Sound familiar?
Care plans are hard to justify
Updates and backups are invisible. Clients start to wonder what they pay for every month.
The listing is out of date
You built a great site, but the Google listing still has old hours, no posts and unanswered reviews.
Profile work is not your trade
Your team builds websites. Writing posts and review replies every week is not where you want their hours going.
Clients ask about Google Maps
"Why is the shop down the street above us?" is a question you want a real answer to.
Something clients can see working every week.
New posts on their Google listing, replies under their reviews, and monthly numbers on views and calls. It is the part of a care plan a client actually notices.
- Weekly posts on their listing
- Every review answered
- Monthly views, calls and rank
The AI writes. Your team approves, or does not have to.
Put a client on auto mode and routine posts and good-review replies publish on their own after the AI reviewer. Bad reviews always wait for a person.
Priced so the margin stays yours.

What should I charge clients?
That is up to you. Agencies typically resell Google Business Profile management for $150 to $500 a location a month; your cost on the Agency plan is $29 or $49 per extra location.
Can it use photos from the client website?
Yes. Photos can be imported from the website into the photo library and attached to posts.
What happens with a bad review?
One- to three-star reviews always wait for a person, on every plan. You get a calm, specific draft you can edit or send as-is.
How does the free trial work?
Starter, Autopilot and Agency start with a 7-day trial. A card is required, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
